Becoming Agent/Dealer of Moti is very simple, just follow following these steps:

1. Download registration form below,

2. Print the registration form, fill the details,  fulfilling the required condition as below and mail it to MOTI.

3. Wait to hear from MOTI for the confirmation of your appointment.

It is Microsoft Word Document, download the file, print it, fill it and mail it to MOTI. Make sure that you fulfill following required criterion before mailing. 

MOTI Industries reserves all the rights for final appointment.

For all new registration in addition with registration form above, you must fulfill any one of the following two conditions:

1. Send a order of Minimum worth Rs. 10,000=00 with your registration request.

OR

2. Send a goodwill refundable deposit worth Rs. 1,000=00 with your registration. This amount can be adjusted against order later based on the performance.

All the payment above should be make via Demand Draft in favour of "The Director, Moti Electromec Pvt. Ltd." and payable at SURAT.
